I began my professional journey by studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science<\/strong> at Amirkabir University of Technology<\/strong>, where I developed a strong interest in logic, data, and computational systems.
Later, I pursued a Master\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, bridging the technical, managerial, and economic aspects of my field, and strengthening my skills in data analysis, modeling, and decision-making.<\/p>

After graduation, I completed specialized courses in Business Administration (MBA)<\/strong>, which expanded my managerial and business competencies. I then established my own consulting business in the field of Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0,<\/strong> collaborating with various manufacturing and industrial companies.
My work focused on process digitalization, performance optimization, and the implementation of intelligent technologies within organizations.<\/p>

In recent years, with the emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI)<\/strong>, my career path shifted toward education, research, and the practical application of AI in real-world contexts.
My current focus lies in Multi-Agent Systems and the application of Artificial Intelligence in Agile Project Management within software projects.<\/strong>
As a researcher and freelancer<\/strong>, I have worked on several projects involving the design and implementation of AI Agents, Agile data analysis, and decision automation in software teams.<\/p>

Currently, I am a PhD researcher<\/strong> in the Computing program<\/strong> at the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya (UPC),<\/strong> conducting research on the application of intelligent agents (AI Agents)<\/strong> and large language models (LLMs)<\/strong> in Agile Project Management in software development.
This research is part of the HIVEMIND<\/strong> project, titled:
\u201cHuman-centred collaborative Multi-Agent framework for accelerating software Development and maintenance.\u201d
The project aims to design a human-centred multi-agent framework to accelerate software development and maintenance.
My specific research focuses on analyzing human\u2013agent interaction, mutual trust, and optimizing information flow between intelligent agents and human team members.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
