About Me

I began my professional journey by studying at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Amirkabir University of Technology, where I developed a strong interest in logic, data, and computational systems.
Later, I pursued a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, bridging the technical, managerial, and economic aspects of my field, and strengthening my skills in data analysis, modeling, and decision-making.

After graduation, I completed specialized courses in Business Administration (MBA), which expanded my managerial and business competencies. I then established my own consulting business in the field of Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0, collaborating with various manufacturing and industrial companies.
My work focused on process digitalization, performance optimization, and the implementation of intelligent technologies within organizations.

In recent years, with the emergence of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI), my career path shifted toward education, research, and the practical application of AI in real-world contexts.
My current focus lies in Multi-Agent Systems and the application of Artificial Intelligence in Agile Project Management within software projects.
As a researcher and freelancer, I have worked on several projects involving the design and implementation of AI Agents, Agile data analysis, and decision automation in software teams.

Currently, I am a PhD researcher in the Computing program at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), conducting research on the application of intelligent agents (AI Agents) and large language models (LLMs) in Agile Project Management in software development.
This research is part of the HIVEMIND project, titled:
“Human-centred collaborative Multi-Agent framework for accelerating software Development and maintenance.”
The project aims to design a human-centred multi-agent framework to accelerate software development and maintenance.
My specific research focuses on analyzing human–agent interaction, mutual trust, and optimizing information flow between intelligent agents and human team members.
